1. Cancellation Before Scheduling

Cancellations made before route planning begins are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Scheduling

If cancellation occurs after scheduling but before distribution begins, an administrative fee may
apply.

3. Cancellation After Distribution Begins

No refunds are available once distribution has commenced.

4. Postponements

Campaign postponements may be accommodated subject to operational availability.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
